FARMER’S MARKET FLATBREAD

Flatbread of choice
Tomato or marinara sauce
Yellow pepper, sliced thin
Red onion, sliced thin
Cherry tomatoes, chopped
Avocado, chopped
Olives, chopped

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Top the flatbread with the tomato sauce

Arrange the chopped veggies, olives and spices on top.

Place on a cookie sheet or tin foil and bake for approximately 12 minutes.
