DANDELION AND CUCUMBER SAUTE
Dandelion is a powerful green vegetable that helps to detoxify the body. Make versatile dishes by combining apples, or other vegetables to the saute′.

1 bunch of dandelion greens, chopped
2 Tablespoons of oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 clove of garlic diced
1/2 teaspoon of mushroom powder
1 cucumber, sliced
Splash of wine
For variety, try adding two sliced radishes when adding the cucumber.

Heat wok, add oil and salt.

Add dandelion greens

Saute for 3 minutes or until tender.

Add mushroom powder and toss.

Add cucumber slices and toss gently, only until warmed.
