CRISP BROCCOLI
Broccoli has a cooling effect on the body and is known to help clear excess heat.

1 Head of broccoli, cut into florets and blanched
2 teaspoons of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 Clove of garlic, minced
½ teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
Splash of wine

Heat the wok and add the oil, salt and garlic. When the garlic is slightly toasted add the broccoli and continue to toss.

Add the mushroom seasoning. Toss again then add the wine and serve.

Option: If you like garlic you can add 2 additional cloves!
