WARM SESAME NOODLES
This dish is satsifying for the Stomach. Traditional sages say, when the stomach is full, the mind will stop.
This nurturing recipe warms the body and supports the Spleen, Stomach. Sesame oil and peanut butter lubricate the Lung and Large intestine. Sesame also supports the Liver and Kidney.

In a large bowl add the soy sauce, sugar, mushroom powder, 1/2 of the garlic, cooking wine and peanut butter. Mix well and set aside.
Add noodles to a pot of boiling water that's salted.
Meanwhile, heat the wok and add the oil, and remaining garlic, and 1/2 of the scallions. Let flavors blend for 10 seconds then add the pine nuts and toss continually until they are golden. Set aside.
When the noodles are finished cooking, rinse them quickly in cool water, strain and add them to the large bowl. Gently toss.
Pour the pine nut mixture over the noodles. Add the remaining scallions.
Toss then drizzle the sesame oil over the noodles. Toss and serve warm or cold.
Be creative! Add slices of cucumbers, avocado, apples or other items.
