CHRYSANTHEMUM, GINGER TEA WITH HONEY

Chrysanthemum brings a calming effect, relieving stress and anxiety while ginger aids digestion, alleviating nausea and bloating.
Both ingredients strengthen the immune system. Ginger clears congestion, while chrysanthemum soothes coughs and throat irritation.

 6 tbsp Fresh small chrysanthemum flowers (or 3 chrysanthemum tea bags)
 6 Slices fresh ginger
 4 cups Boiling water
 Honey to taste

Rinse teapot with boiling water and drain well.

In warmed teapot, combine chrysanthemum flowers and fresh ginger.

Add the 4 cups boiling water and let stand 5 to 10 minutes to steep.

Strain and serve.
