 2 English Cucumbers, peeled or 4 Kirby Cucumbers
 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
 1 Teaspoon Mushroom powder
 Salt, to taste
 1 Tablespoon Rice vinegar
 Cooking wine, to taste
 1/2 Red pepper, diced
 4 Stalks Hearts of palm, sliced
 1/2 Teaspoon Sesame oil

Slice cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.

Combine well with minced garlic, mushroom powder, salt, rice vinegar, and cooking wine.

Add diced red pepper and/or hearts of palm for variety and color.

Drizzle sesame oil over the salad before serving.
