
CHINESE BROCCOLI
These greens are alive with energy giving the body Qi resources that are light yet powerful. Because they are light, the veggie is easy to digest.
1 Bunch of greens, rinsed and cut into 2 inch pieces
2 Cloves of garlic, minced
2 teaspoons of oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/ 2 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
Splash of cooking wine

Heat the wok and add the oil, salt and garlic.
Then add the greens.

Toss until slightly ender and add the mushroom seasoning and toss again.

Add the wine and serve.
Eat plain or over rice
