CHINESE BROCCOLI

Chinese broccoli is an essential leafy green that supports the immune system, helps to detoxify the body and contains anti-inflammatory properties.
Eaten regularly, this veggie offers excellent support to the Liver.

 1 Bunch of Chinese broccoli, wased
 1 quart of boiling water
 1 ½ teaspoon of oil
 3 teaspoons of boiling water
 ½ teaspoon of salt
 ¼ teaspoon of sugar
 2 teaspoons of mushroom seasoning
 3 teaspoons of wine
 3 teaspoons of soy sauce
 2 Cloves of garlic, diced

Add the broccoli to the boiling water. After 1 minute add 1/4 teaspoon of oil to the water.
When the broccoli is at your desired consistency, strain and place on the side.

In a small bowl, add 3 tablespoons of boiling water, salt, sugar and mushroom seasoning.
Mix to dissolve the ingredients.

Add the wine and soy sauce. Stir and set aside.

Heat the wok. Add the remaining oil to the very hot wok.

When the oil is hot, add the diced garlic.
Swirl for 10 seconds. Close the flame.
Pour the toasted garlic over the broccoli.

Then pour the sauce over the broccoli.
If desired, cut the broccoli into thirds.
