CARROTS AND ALMONDS

Such a quick dish to accompany any meal. Carrots support Earth energy while the almonds will support healthy Lung function.

 3 Carrots, sliced on an angle
 2 Cloves of garlic
 ½ teaspoon of salt
 ¼ teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 handful of slivered almonds,

Heat the wok and add the oil and salt.

Add the carrots and toss for 1 minute.

Add mushroom seasoning and almonds.
Toss for one more minute,
