CANTELOUPE AND GREEN BEANS

¼ teaspoon of salt
½ cantaloupe, diced
Blanched green beans
1 teaspoon of sugar
½ teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
Splash of wine

Heat the wok and add the oil, and salt. Then add the canteloupe and cook for one minute tossing well.

Add the blanched beans and toss.

Finally drizzle with wine. Toss and serve.
