BRUSSEL SPROUTS

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a small oven proof casserole or a cookie sheet add the Brussel Sprouts, oil, salt and pepper.
Toss well to coat the sprouts.
Place in the oven on the top shelf for 20 minutes.
If you like the sprouts crispy, bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Tip: When washing the Brussel Sprouts, make sure to cut the tips off and then cut them in half. Put any leaves that fall off into the casserole and enjoy their crispy taste.
