
BROCCOLI RABE WITH PINE NUTS
Pine nuts are great for the Kidney, and the green color is energizing for the Liver. The bitter taste supports your Heart function.

Heat the wok or pan then add the oil, garlic, salt and pine nuts. Toss until the nuts are lightly golden.
Add the broccoli rabe to the pan and toss. Add the mushroom seasoning. Continue to toss until the greens turn a vibrant green. (Typically 3 minutes).
Add a splash of cooking wine. and serve with rice or over pasta.
Note: In some instances, the broccoli may be tough. If so, add a cover to the pan for up to 1 minute.
