
BEAN SPROUT SAUTE
This recipe calls for soy bean sprouts but you can use any kind of sprout. It's important to rinse the soy beans in warm to hot water before cooking. Soy bean sprouts carry the essence of rebirth and encourage the body to move forward with guts!

Heat the wok and add the oil, and garlic.
Add the peppers. Toss well and allow flavors to blend for 1 minute.
Add the rinsed sprouts and toss well for 2-3 minutes then add the scallions.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl: soy sauce, sesame oil, and wine and mix well, then pour this mixture oer the bean sprouts and toss well.
Mix the cornstarch with 1/4 cup of cold water. Make a small well in the center of the sprouts and add the corn starch. Toss well and serve.
Option: Be creative by adding your favorite vegetable.
