BASIC QUINOA RECIPE
Quinoa is a wonderful source of protein and can be made in larger batches for creative cooking.

Rinse the quinoa, and add to the pot of boiling water. Stir.
Note: you can use chicken broth or vegetable broth is you prefer.

Lower the flame and allow to cook for 10 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.

Spoon the quinoa into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
