BARLEY AND MUNG BEAN CEREAL
Together barley and mung beans team-up to strengthen the digestive system and support future health. Mung beans enhances Liver function while barley strengthens the digestive system.

3 cups of boiling water
½ cup of barley
¼ cup of mung beans
Optional toppings fruit, or nuts

Rinse the barley and mung beans.
Then add the barley to the boiling water.

Allow the barley to boil for 15 mintues then add the mung beans.

Allow them to cook for another 20 minutes or until your desired consistency.

Add your favorite topping.
