Barley & Blueberry Bake

We love barley for its anti-cancer properties and ability to clean and aid the digestive track. By adding blueberries, the meal is packed with a sour taste to support the Liver. Together these foods energetically support the Stomach and Liver.

 1-2 cups of strained barley
 ¼ teaspoon of butter
 Handful of blueberries
 1 teaspoon of maple syrup

You can use leftover barley or start with a new batch.

Grease a small baking dish with butter.
Add the barley.

Bake, 325, uncovered for 15 minutes.

Remove and toss gently.
