BAKED ASPARAGUS

 1 bunch asparagus
 2 Tablespoons olive oil
 1 teaspoon salt
 grated ginger, to taste
 grated orange peel

Heat oven to 375 degrees

Add the asparagus to a cookie sheet. Drizzle it with oil.

Sprinkle with salt, orange peel and ginger

Bake for 20 minutes or until tender.

As an alternative, blanch the asparagus. Then mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl and drizzle on the asparagus once cooked.
