ASPARGUS AND CITRUS

Asparagus are a hearty vegetable and can help cool the body and support the Liver. Peaches are known to have anti-inflammatory properties.

 1 Bunch of asparagus, sliced on an angle 1 inch long
 2 Teaspoons of oil
 1 Teaspoon of salt
 ½ Teaspoon of sugar
 1 Orange, peeled and sliced thin
 2 Teaspoons of wine vinegar
 Cracked pepper to taste
 1 Juice of 1 lime

Heat the wok and add the oil then add the steps of the asparagus, not the tips.

Toss for 30 seconds then add the asparagus tips, salt and sugar
Toss for an additional 1 minutes.

Add the peach slices and continue to cook for 1 more minute.
(Asparagus should be crunchy not mushy)

Place the asparagus in a serving bowl.

Add the vinegar, cracked pepper, lime juice and toss well.
Adjust for taste.
