ASPARAGUS STIR FRY
Asparagus has a warm essence which is good for the digestive system. It can also help relive inflammatory issues as well as releasing dampness.

1 tablespoon of oil
3 slices of ginger
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 stalks of asparagus cut into fourths
1 red pepper, sliced (yellow or orange is fine too)
1/4 teaspoon of mushroom powder
1/3 teaspoon of sugar
Drizzle of soy sauce
Drizzle of wine

Heat the wok and add the oil, ginger and salt.

Add the asparagus and peppers. Toss well then add the mushroom powder, sugar and soy sauce.
Toss well.

Add the wine and serve.
