Handful of goji berries
1 Cup of hot water
1 Teaspoon of honey
2 Teaspoons of cinnamon
1 Slicer of Ginger
Optional: 2 teaspoons of maple syrup

Core the apple (s), and place it in a baking dish.

In a small bowl mix the remainder of the ingredients. Pour over the apple (s) and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until desired tenderness. Eat warm.
