STRING BEANS WITH MUSHROOMS

A tasty combination, mushrooms and string beans, good for Kidney and Liver!

Yields1 Serving
 2 cloves garlic, sliced
 Oil
 Fresh string beans
 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
 1/2 onion, diced
 Salt to taste

Briefly Sauté the garlic and salt in half the oil.

Add the string beans, toss until all the beans are coated in the oil. Add water and bring to a boil.

Cook until soft, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a non-stick pan, add the remainder of the oil.

Add the onions and sauté until glassy.

Stir in the mushrooms for 2 minutes.

Add the water and salt and continue to cook while stirring, until the mushrooms are brown.

Toss in the green beans until heated.

Place on a serving dish and enjoy.
