OATMEAL WITH FRESH BERRIES
Oatmeal is a great way to start your day. Fresh berries with their sweet and sour taste offer the digestive system good support.

1 cup thick cut rolled oats
1 Tablespoon honey
Fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and/or raspberries

Boil 2 cups of water. Stir in the oats and bring to a simmer.

Cook over low heat, continually stirring, until the oats thicken and the water is absorbed.

Spoon honey over the oatmeal and mix in your choice of fresh berries.

Serve warm!
