DANDELION TEA

Dandelion greens are ideal for detoxifying the Liver and supporting Liver health.

 1 Bunch dandelion greens, washed and chopped in half
 1 Quart of boiling water
 Optional: Honey

Add dandelion greens to a large pot of boiling water.
Allow to simmer for 30 minutes.

Strain and reserve the greens for a second boiling.

Add honey if you prefer a sweeter taste.

Hint: The greens can be boiled twice.
It is preferable to drink the tea warm but stored in refrigerator.
Drink several glasses a day.
