Today, we celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a man who lived by example, and viewed each individual as an expression of light and love. Through his message, we seek to not only find the good in others, but to reach a soulful place of goodness within ourselves, and to share that message with all we encounter.

In order to spread kindness and love, we must create our own peacefulness within. Calm inner vibrations allow us to connect deeply with the source of all Qi—that which animates the sun, moon, stars, and all living creatures, humans included.

Hope drives out fear.

Light drives out darkness.

Love drives out hate.

And Qi connects us all.
