BROCCOLI RABE WITH PINE NUTS

Pine nuts are great for the Kidney, and the green color is energizing for the Liver. The bitter taste supports your Heart function.

STACKED SWEET POTATO

Caramelized onions warm the digestive system and support Qi flow, mushrooms strengthen immunity and promote detoxification, while sweet potatoes nurture the Spleen and Stomach, providing grounding energy. Together, this trio enhances overall balance, supports digestion, and helps increase your body’s natural defenses.

ZUCCHINI STIR FRY

For crunchy zucchini, place the uncooked, sliced zucchini in a bowl of cold water with salt for 10 minutes before cooking. This helps draw out excess moisture, keeping the zucchini crisp when cooked

CREATIVE HARVEST MEAL

Instead of shopping for specific ingredients, take a little of this and a little of that from your refrig or market purchase.  We used one small eggplant, a handful of cherry tomatoes, four green beans, 1/2 yellow pepper, and a few mushrooms. Be creative! A great way to use leftovers!  

ASPARGUS AND CITRUSAsparagus are a hearty vegetable and can help cool the body and support the Liver. Peaches are known to have anti-inflammatory properties.
CARROTS AND ALMONDSSuch a quick dish to accompany any meal. Carrots support Earth energy while the almonds will support healthy Lung function.
