By practicing Qigong, eating for healing, and following the principles of Five Element Consciousness, we see that the body has SO much to tell us! Through an understanding of Nature’s patterns and flow, we tune in to our own unique healing abilities—the gifts that have been with us since birth! And by listening to the messages our bodies are sending, we are able to readjust before a major problem presents itself.
The Power of Six Weeks
One of our foundational programs, Dragon’s Way Qigong®, has been a source of healing for over 25 years. In this 6-week program, participants learn ten powerful Wu Ming Qigong movements, dive into Five Element Consciousness, and begin to make lifestyle changes and food choices to increase their energy flow and promote their own healing.
