Digestion: An Inside Look

Many people can only absorb about 40 or 50 percent of the nutrition from the food they eat. Even if they eat healthy foods, they cannot absorb all of what they eat. A nutritionist will offer supplements to fill in the gaps of what your body needs, but can your body digest, process, and transform these supplements and send them to the specific areas they are needed?

Instead of looking from the outside, look within. Consult the body. Think deeply about the body and its wisdom to understand how everything functions to achieve high-level health. Instead of looking at the organs in isolation, consider how they all work together inside the body.

All of the body’s functions are based on the lowest organ, not the highest organ. If your digestion is poor, your muscles might sag. You say, “I’ll lift weights and strengthen my muscles.” It has nothing to do with your muscles. Your digestive system is so weak your muscles cannot be firm.

Find the associations. If your eyelids or under the eyes is puffy, ask yourself what is going on. It is your digestive system. You suddenly see a lot of wrinkles on your neck. This is your digestive system, too. That is the beauty of the body. Everything is connected. Your body’s power depends on connecting with the power inside the organs. Your immune system directly relates to your digestive system, which does not like cold or dampness. Avoid cold drinks, cold foods, and raw vegetables. Eat warm foods, especially ginger. Nothing can replace ginger’s warm essence.

Now you can see how your body functions. Even if your cholesterol is high, it is still related to your body. The quality of the blood your body produces is associated with the digestive system functioning at a high level. The quality of your red and white blood cells is related to your Liver. If you have difficulty digesting, just think, “If the Earth can do this, so can I.” Then you will be able to tune yourself to the frequency of the entire Earth. This is an unlimited source of energy.

For millions of years and many generations, the Earth has processed and continues to do so. It does not matter how many wars, how many viruses, or how many people have died. Earth is still processing and giving us new strength and new ways of digesting. Taking care of ourselves and our digestive systems is the best way to connect to the Earth’s consciousness so our immune system can reach its highest potential.
