Carpool With Master Lu: Prepare for a Colonoscopy
Doctors recommend that people aged 45 and older have a colonoscopy. If you choose to have this procedure, you must take some steps to prepare the body and help it return to a state of normalcy afterward.
When you follow doctor’s orders and have a colonoscopy, your system is forced to go through a reset. You are put to sleep so your consciousness is unaware of what’s going on in your body. But at the unconscious level, you know something is going to happen. Your consciousness wakes up after the procedure, but how can you help each organ go back to its old patterns? Your body has to go through a transition. If your energy is not balanced, and you’re already experiencing physical or emotional discomforts, your body doesn’t function right, and your Liver doesn’t function right.
Your mind can force you to return to a normal schedule—pick up kids, get to work, etc. But internally, each organ may not follow suit. In order to do this, you must prepare the body to allow each organ to cooperate with each other so the body will more easily return to normal after the colonoscopy.
