Dragon’s Way Qigong® has been a source of healing and transformation for over 25 years. This dynamic 6-week program is designed to increase energy flow through ten powerful Wu Ming Qigong movements. Participants gain a deep understanding of Five Element Consciousness, explore lifestyle changes that support balance, and learn to incorporate foods specifically chosen for their healing essence. Most importantly, participants learn to listen to the messages their bodies are sending them, and approach these messages from a place of intuitive understanding, rather than fear.

“I lost my balance and fell on a rainy day over a year ago. I hurt myself physically and recovered over time; however, I became afraid of walking when it rained. Every time it rained I walked only if I absolutely had to but was afraid every time. Then one day, I went out while it was raining and realized I wasn’t afraid of falling any more. I actually enjoyed walking without worrying about losing my balance. What changed? I was in the DWQ program. I have such freedom now and actually look forward to walking in the rain!!!”
“For quite a long time, I have been getting up 5-6 times a night to go to the bathroom so I was not sleeping through the night. After being in DWQ for just one week, I began sleeping thru most of the night and only needed to get up once.”
