The 20-minute VHS video includes a practice session, led by Dr. Nan Lu, using ten ancient Wu Ming Meridian Therapy energy movements. Also included on the video is a gentle meridian meditation.

This is a 20-minute video session led by Dr. Nan Lu that you can practice daily.
