STRING BEANS WITH HOT AND SOUR SAUCE
Hot, sour and sweet. This dish will stimulate your taste buds!

3/4 lb. string beans, blanched
3-4 slices fresh ginger root
1 clove garlic, minced
salt to taste
1-2 Tablespoons oil
1 Tablespoon cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon honey
red pepper flakes, optional

Heat the oil in a wok.

Toss in the sliced ginger first, then the garlic, blanched string beans and salt.

Stir fry 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the honey.

Place in a bowl and toss with cider vinegar.
