FENNEL AND CELERY SAUTÉ
Fennel has a warm essence that is famous for relieving cold-related conditions in the body, especially cramps! Celery’s mild taste soothes the Stomach and is famous for its insomnia-relieving properties, among others.

2 stalks celery
1/2 fennel bulb
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Salt, to taste
Mushroom powder, to taste
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 can mandarin oranges, drained

Slice celery and fennel into bite-sized slices.

Flash-fry in olive oil. Add salt and mushroom powder to taste.
