The Dragon's Way® Instructor Training
The Dragon's Way Instructor Training is an immersion experience in the self-healing powers of Qigong and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It is designed to prepare and certify you to teach the six-week Dragon's Way Stress Management and Weight-Loss program, through self-cultivation, group support, and practical, hands-on training.
Overview
The Instructor Training includes in-person, phone and online training. After intensive study, cultivation of personal Qi, and passing a qualifying exam, you can become a certified Dragon's Way instructor, able teach the Dragon's Way program in your community.
The next Instructor Training program begins with a weekend intensive in New Jersey September 16-18, 2010 and is followed by several weeks of distance learning, attendance at a Finding Freedom Weekend Retreat, and culminating at the Building Bridges Conference. During this period you will be given permission to run several pilot programs under the supervision of TCM World Staff. (Fees from these pilot programs will help you underwrite some of your tuition for the certification track.)
Tuition for this class includes:
- Room and board at the initial intensive weekend
- 3 day admission to Building Bridges Conference (www.tcmconference.org)
- Room and board at the April Finding Freedom retreat
- Materials to run your first pilot program
When you have reached a qualifying level, Master Lu will give you permission to teach your own the sessions. You then will organize your own 6 week sessions and be able to charge the standard session fee. TCM World does not ask for a percentage of your fees.

This program is designed for those who want to guide others through building their own Qi and healing abilities, beyond intellectual or "book" knowledge. Anyone who desires to deepen his or her own relationship with Nature and is willing to share this knowledge with others is eligible. No prior knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine or Qigong is required.
