Flatten Your Belly and Nurture Your Digestive System
Learn a series of belly flattening Qigong movements that not only flatten your belly but also stimulate energy which support your stomach energy. These classes will also offer a tips for continued nurturing of your digestive system. Registration is required.

Conversations With Stephen Cowan
Join us as we congratulate our long time friend, Dr. Stephen Cowan on the release of his new book Fire Child, Water Child. Through the lens of Chinese medicine, Dr. Cowan brings a unique perspective on child development. His new book focuses on how understanding the five types of ADHD can help improve your child's self-esteem and attention. This evening talk will benefit all parents and child-care workers. Wu Ming Qigong for Breast Health Professional Training
This one day training teaches techniques and concepts that can help women proactively reduce the risk of breast cancer or its recurrence. You will learn seven Wu Ming Qigong movements and the reasons why these energy movements are so powerful.
