Aine’s Skillet Apple Crisp

Warm the digestive system with this delicious meal.  It's so good you'll want to munch on it as a snack!  The warming essence will support your body as we transition from season to season. 

Creative Harvest Saute

Instead of shopping for specific ingredients, take a little of this and a little of that from your backyard harvest or farmer's market purchase.  We used one small eggplant, a handful of cherry tomatoes, four green beans, 1/2 yellow pepper, and a few mushrooms. Be creative!

ASPARGUS AND CITRUSAsparagus are a hearty vegetable and can help cool the body and support the Liver. Peaches are known to have anti-inflammatory properties.
CARROTS AND ALMONDSSuch a quick dish to accompany any meal. Carrots support Earth energy while the almonds will support healthy Lung function.
